Warranty Information

Most warranties are 10 year full warranty against manufacturer's defect. Please take pictures for our confirmation.All mattresses will develop slight body impressions. This is not a defect. Unlike mattresses years ago (hard and flat), today's mattresses have a lot more cushioning to address pressure points on your body. No, they might not look flat and pretty, but they are 100 times more compfortable!

Because we sell at such a discount price, we do not have a free test trial period on mattresses.

Any shipping cost will be paid in full by customer.

We'll provide more information as possible as we can before shipping, there's non hasslefree returns policy.

Returns:
Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened cannot be returned. Shipping freight should be paid by customer.

Note: It may also be necessary for you to accept the first delivery date offered if we are to meet specific delivery deadlines i.e. Chinese New Year.
